Vitality Traveling Laboratory develops healthcare partnerships with physician offices, wound-care providers, hospitals, home health agencies, research teams, employers, and other healthcare organizations that need dependable mobile phlebotomy and specimen collection support.

Vitality does not currently bill patient insurance directly. However, healthcare organizations with established billing processes may bill through their existing insurance workflow and contract with Vitality for mobile collection services. Preferred or discounted contracted rates may be available based on anticipated volume, service needs, location, and geographic coverage.

Services may include mobile blood collection, difficult-draw support, collections for homebound or bedbound patients, specimen handling and processing, specialty kit collection, and laboratory delivery. Through our participating laboratory partner, specimens can be processed and results reported directly to the ordering provider. Laboratory testing may be billed through the participating laboratory, while Vitality Traveling Laboratory separately bills for its mobile collection services on an out-of-pocket basis.
