When your doctor gives you an order for a diagnostic test, you simply make an appointment with us by either calling (773) 226-2149, or by filling outour appointment request form.We will show up at our appointment date and time and quickly collect the necessary sample or specimen. We will deliver the collected sample or specimen to our servicing laboratory. Within a few days, your doctor will get a report with the test results, and you will be contacted.

Yes! We accept a variety of insurance plans. Please call us at (773) 226-2149 to confirm if we accept yours. If you do not have insurance, please be prepared to pay at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®.
If your insurance requires it, then yes, you will need to have a doctor’s order to get tested for most of our services, such as blood draws and stool/urine collection. If you would like to get tested for COVID and are paying out of pocket, you may not require a doctor’s order. Please call us at (773) 226-2149 to confirm.
If you have a scheduled appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, please call us as soon as possible – at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment. This way, we can accommodate other patients who require testing during your appointment time.
